Damián Ríos Franco
Lawyer / Entrepreneur / Strategist
I was born in San Lorenzo, Paraguay, in 1989. From a young age I understood that the important decisions — in business, in law, and in politics — are made by those with better information and better strategy.
Today, with more than 10 years of experience, I work at the intersection of international law, data intelligence, and institutional strategy.
I combine a solid legal foundation with experience in public management, binational energy entities, and strategic consulting, and I bring knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and crypto mining. I operate fluently in five languages, which lets me connect investors from different markets with real opportunities in the country.
My clients should always be one step ahead.
